Is your computer running slow?
Are you getting unnecessary popup ads all the time?
Are you getting blue error screens at startup, or any other errors?
If so, it is possible you might be infected with some kind of malware. (Malware is a generic name for all types of malicious programs: adware/spyware, backdoors, rogues, trojans, viruses and worms.)
If your new computer is running too slow, and is free of any malware. It may be full of bloat-ware (unnecessary programs that run in the background, hog your resources and slow your computer down).
In most cases I can clean your computer of all malware, remove or disable any programs that are not necessary, and optimize your system to get it running like new again, and sometimes even better than when it was new.
I don't do house calls (yet), but I can pick up your computer or you can drop it off at my house.
